Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey – or looking to support your team to do the same?
Join DYW Inverness & Central Highland, in partnership with the Highland Learning Academy, for a Lunch & Learn session designed to help employers and professionals discover how the Grow Your Own Leaders Programme 2026 can help develop confident, capable managers of the future.
Starting in January 2026, this nine-month Management Programme combines online and in-person learning to build leadership capability across the Highlands. Participants gain practical management experience while working towards an SVQ in Management at SCQF Level 7. The programme is ideal for new and aspiring managers responsible for team performance, coaching, and leadership development.
Liz Fletcher, Programme Lead at DYW Inverness & Central Highland explains, “We know that great managers don’t just appear overnight – they’re developed through the right blend of training, guidance and opportunity. The Grow Your Own Leaders Programme gives employers the tools to invest in their people, align leadership culture, and strengthen their workforce for the future.”
