Job overview

We are looking for a Digital Production Assistant to join our small but growing team to support the development of our visual and audio media production, including our Good Business Podcast.

This role is part of the Modern Apprentice scheme providing you with the incredible opportunity to learn while you earn. Over a 12-month period you will be given the tools to achieve a Digital Marketing Diploma, which is funded as part of this post.

The successful candidate will assist in the development of media packages from production to finished product. This includes liaising with clients to develop storyboards with colleagues, capturing video and audio content and editing materials for final production.

The Successful Candidate will:

Coordinate, plan and manage the filming and recording of podcasts
Build and create content for the podcast and main business websites
Create video content for social media
Be responsible for testing and quality assurance around product development
Assemble video and audio assets and deliverables for client handover
Contribute to the creative process with colleagues
Undertake administrative support as required
Person Specification

This is a production-focused role for someone with an eye for design and attention to detail. They will ideally be familiar with Adobe Premier or similar video editing software and have a good standard of written English. Experience with video production would be highly valued but is not essential.

Have a genuine interested in pursuing a career in media / digital content production
