Testimonials:
Hear from apprentices who have taken part in this programme:
Jason MacDonald:
"I've learned a lot of extremely helpful skills during my apprenticeship with Gael Force. These include many new welding techniques like MIG welding, MMA welding, flux cored welding, and TIG welding, and I have a solid grasp of the theory underlying each one. I've also developed a good understanding of the fabrication portion of the apprenticeship when it comes to drawings, cutting, forming and the many processes that go into fabricating a project.
I have no regrets about applying for this apprenticeship with Gael Force and I consider it to be the best career decision I have ever made. I appreciate the practical experience I am receiving daily, and we are constantly learning new things, ranging from new processes, techniques, and methods. The company and the employees we have met at work have provided us with excellent, friendly support during our apprenticeship, which has really aided our development."
Lewis Campbell:
"So far in my apprenticeship with Gael Force I have been attending college to learn how to weld with various different techniques and methods and also how to fabricate many different projects. Gael Force will provide me with training in the yard to further progress my career after finishing my apprenticeship. My highlight to date was the week I spent in the workshop during the holidays, seeing how the college and workshop compare.
