What will I learn?
No two days are the same! Your role will include doing and learning the following:
• Document control - scanning incoming documents.
• Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries.
• Replying to emails and keeping things running smoothly.
• Using our client management software to assist with queries.
• Updating client records where required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook 365.
• General Office Tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
• Property and Lettings Administration Support.
What qualifications or qualities are required?
What we’re looking for:
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Good results at NAT5 level –
• Administration would be desirable but not essential.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft software.
• A positive, can-do attitude with great time management.
• An eye for detail and generally an organised person.
• Someone who works well in a team and takes initiative.
