We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a desire to develop their knowledge and skills in administration and consider a career in the Human Resources profession to join our newly formed Resourcing Team. The successful candidate will be supported through an SVQ in Business and Administration (SCQF Level 6).
The Resourcing Team is responsible for coordinating recruitment, bank and agency engagements, covering all job families across all geographic areas of NHS Highland, and other resourcing activities. You will work with colleagues across the team, providing administrative support in relation to incoming enquiries, employment checks, recording of leave, and carry out other general administrative tasks.
Candidates must be committed to all aspects of learning and development in the role and will be fully supported to work across the team to help develop a broad understanding.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, an ability to understand procedures and processes, attention to detail, and good keyboard skills. You should have a particular interest in administrative roles, along with a positive approach to work and understanding of the need for confidentiality.
This Apprenticeship does not require previous experience within our sector, and we would therefore encourage applications from school leavers and young people with limited work experience.
