Applications are invited from candidates with a competency in both Maths and English including basic IT skills. Duties will include assisting with both Pre and Post Contract activities including: -
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Contract negotiation
- Appointment of subcontractors
- Procurement of materials
- Valuation of contract variations
- Site remeasurement
- Preparing interim valuations
- Monthly cost management and reporting
- Payment of Subcontractors
- Final Account agreement
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
All necessary and relevant training will also be provided
