#NoWrongPath Campaign – A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Supporters
7 August 2025

As this week’s #NoWrongPath campaign wraps up, we want to extend a massive thank you to all the incredible local Highland businesses, professionals, and young people who made it possible.
A special thanks to Pat Munro (Alness) Ltd, Morrison Construction, Proterra Energy, RI Cruden, Highlife Archive Centre, Teclan, Ringlink Scotland, NHS Highland, and many more for your unwavering support in highlighting the diverse career paths available right here in our communities. Your commitment to creating local opportunities and investing in the next generation of talent is truly inspiring.
We also want to give a huge shoutout to the brilliant young individuals who shared their own stories and journeys:
Lily Skye Macdonald, founder of All Things Bloomin
Toby Harrison, from Hydrasun
Joe Embleton, Apprentice of the Year at RI Cruden
Emma Donald, DYW School Coordinator at Inverness High School and Charleston Academy
Your openness and insight into the opportunities available within your industries have proven that there really is #NoWrongPath. Your voices have inspired countless others as they receive their exam results this week and embark on their own journeys.

“It’s been incredibly inspiring to see the support for the #NoWrongPath campaign across the Highlands this week. We’ve had an amazing response from local businesses and young people working across a range of sectors, all sharing their career journeys to reassure and encourage pupils receiving exam results. Their stories are a powerful reminder that there are many different routes to success, and that results don’t define your future. Whether you go straight into work, take on an apprenticeship, study further, or explore something new entirely – there truly is No Wrong Path. Many people in exciting, fulfilling careers didn’t follow a straight or traditional route, and that’s something to be celebrated.”
