We are busier than ever. As an employer-led organisation, hosted by Inverness Chamber of Commerce, we have a School Coordinator in every secondary school in the Inverness and Central Highland area and this has enabled us to connect nearly 200 employers with young people to provide a broad range of events and activities over the last 12 months.

You may have seen some of these events on our social media, or you may have been one of the fantastic employers who helped us to deliver these.

From work experience and workplace visits to informative and inspirational talks on specific industries, we rely on you and your support to help our young people plan their future careers and gain the skills and confidence they will need to enter the world of work.

In return we can support you by helping you to access a range of financial support to employ and train young people in your organisation, providing a pipeline of skilled potential future employees ready for work.

Together we can help shape the future workforce, boost youth employment and help our region to grow.

If you would like to find out more about how your business or organisation can get involved, please e-mail us on info@dywich.co.uk or visit our website at www.dywich.co.uk.

As next week is Scottish Apprenticeship week (6th – 10th March) we will be using this opportunity to highlight the wide range of apprenticeships on offer so if you have a vacancy you’d like us to promote or you’d like to share how apprenticeships are unlocking potential in your business then please get in touch.
